I will take the jabs and jeers but I cannot tell a lie.
I have to confess. . . .
I cannot curb my ravenous appetite for sushi.

I know, I know! I thought so too! I once was a doubter just like you. How could something so raw and ocean-smelling be as addictive as some people claim? How could sushi interrupt my life with one small bite?
Then I saw it's face and now I'm a believer. Sushi is a rarity among seafood - a diamond in the rough (Name that Movie). Sushi is the king of all the Asian foods that have wiggled their way into our Oh so American menus, venues, and stomachs. Thai Pineapple Curry comes in at a close second in this competition and holds a small key to my ever-loving heart.
Did you know. . . . that not all sushi is raw fish? that you can make it in the privacy of your own home? that Jackson, Tennessee boasts one of the finest sushi restaurants that I have ever been privileged to visit? Sakura is a pearl in the oyster of Jackson, Tennessee. The beautifully colorful & tasty Phoenix roll makes my mouth water and my taste buds weep with joy.
I know, I know! You do not like green eggs and ham. You do not like them Sam I Am.
Oh my doubting friend, I say Try them try them and you may!
For now my friends, sushi for everyone!
*LIKE!* Haha.. I LOVE sushi, too! We have a fantastic Chinese food restaurant here that actually has a good sushi bar (YES, I'm serious.). Sooo yummy! - OH, and the movie? Aladdin, of course! :D
